Cheese Dak-galbi Recipe

- 500g chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sweet potato, thinly sliced
- 1 cup rice cake (tteok), soaked in water
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Large skillet or wok
Cara Memasak
- In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add cabbage, sweet potato, rice cake, onion, carrot, and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and cover the skillet. Let it cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve cheese dak-galbi hot, straight from the skillet.
