  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Large skillet or wok

Cara Memasak

  1. In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add cabbage, sweet potato, rice cake, onion, carrot, and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and cover the skillet. Let it cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve cheese dak-galbi hot, straight from the skillet.
