1. Support and implement infrastructure technologies and solutions such as: computing, storage, networking, physical infrastructure.
2. Identify and understand problems, analyzing for enhancement / improvement.
3. Integrate and test components, systems and their interfaces to create operational services.
4. Support IT Service operations such as: troubleshoot PC, laptop, printers and WiFi.
5. Installs, configures and maintains approved system hardware and software components.
6. Establishes WAN, LAN, device profiles, device environments, directories, and security for networks being installed.
7. Provides support for connectivity or related network/communication issues for the user community.
8. Monitors installed network and telecom equipment.
9. Works across teams to ensure network/telecom system upgrades and service pack deployments are implemented with minimal impact to production operation.
