Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mining, Geology or any related field, at least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in Coal Mining, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships, have good knowledge in local and international coal market, have good knowledge of coal specification, fluently in English, able to operate Ms. Excel, and willing to work in the field when needed.
