One of our subsidiaries in mining sector is hiring for Business Development Associate (Planning). The responsibilities include preparing and updating necessary correspondence, reports, and other documents based on the agreements, assisting in the development and execution of business development plans and initiatives, conducting market research and analysis, and helping prepare comprehensive business cases and financial models.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and update necessary correspondence, reports, and other documents based on the agreements.
• Assist in the development and execution of business development plans and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Help prepare comprehensive business cases and financial models to evaluate growth opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
• Provide back-up support as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Interested in business development and strategic planning within the Mining industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel and work at project sites as required.
