Job Description:

• Manage (prepare, organize, lead, and monitor) the regular social media marketing plan.
• Develop and execute the organization’s social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategy as needed to ensure maximum engagement and reach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, have a strong desire to learn and have a sense of responsibility.

Qualification:

• Able to communicate in English.
• Have a deep understanding of Clinical Laboratory tests and Methods of Laboratory test.
• Have a willingness to learn about new laboratory tests.
• Capable of explaining laboratory test function, advantages between method of laboratory test, and benefits of the test.
• Have a good communication skill between the team and the customer.
• Wide range of knowledge in the Marketing Laboratory Field.
• Used to work with target-oriented persons based on KPI.
• Experienced in Marketing Field.
