IT Support Staff

PT. Seaquest Engineering membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi IT Support Staff.

Responsibilities:

• Updating computer systems and networks
• Researching further information about prospective new software and hardware
• Security threats management and repair
• Provide technical support and solve problems
• Maintain extensive technical infrastructure, systems, and networks
• Oversee software development
• Changing configurations, settings and fix computer issues
• Replacing damaged hardware and software components
• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
• Installing new software, hardware and updating existing ones as needed
• Other ad-hoc duties assignments

Qualifications:

• Candidate will be self-motivated with solid organization and time management skills
• Willing and able to start working immediately
• Excellent English language communication skills and correspondence
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
