1. Create simple, accountable business process breakthroughs to help increase production.
2. Establish relationships with business partners to enhance business cooperation.
3. Seek new business cooperation opportunities.
4. Conduct market analysis and business model development up to implementation in the business to support process improvement and market maintenance.
5. Maintain A/R coverage so that the penetration process can run well and achieve the set targets.
6. Foster good relationships with intermediaries to strengthen business relations and increase production.
7. Create/review/socialize/monitor procedures and activities related to the channel to ensure activities run according to applicable procedures.
8. Handle problems that occur and provide support for issues faced by the sales force in the Sales Office so that problems can be resolved properly.
9. Make improvements related to its scope so that the work done can be more effective and efficient, especially in the development of business processes & procedure reviews.
10. Create necessary reports to provide a complete description of the activities carried out.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience as a Business Implementation Analyst for 3 years.
- Experience in General Insurance (Handling Multifinance).
- Able to operate Microsoft Office well.
