  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas), sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Large skillet or wok

Cara Memasak

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add sliced vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour the mixture over the tofu and vegetables in the skillet.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Serve vegetable stir-fry over cooked brown rice.
